Reviews and Ratings
Staying in an upstairs tatami room at the hotel was great for easy access to various ski areas, always feeling warm and refreshed every day. The world's warmest laundry/drying room was perfect for ski clothing after a day in the snow. The friendly staff and shuttle service added to the exceptional experience.
Staying here was a treat. The rooms are clean, cozy, and refreshed daily, making it a perfect retreat after a day on the slopes. The service is top-notch with knowledgeable and dedicated staff, ensuring a fantastic experience. The location is ideal for skiing and exploring the village, providing easy access to ski areas, and the dining experience is delightful each morning. However, noise from the bar and reception area might be a minor downside.
The hotel is a gem nestled within Tatyama Chalet, offering cozy rooms that were perfect for our group of 5, each with its own lovely bathroom. I particularly appreciated the world's warmest laundry/drying room, ideal for drying ski clothing after a thrilling day in the snow. The service was outstanding, with staff members like Josh going above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional. The location provided easy access to the ski areas and nearby amenities, making it a top-notch choice for serious skiers and village explorers alike. Dining at Mimi's was a delight with gourmet dishes and friendly service. While the hotel's facilities were top-class, some maintenance could be improved for ultimate guest comfort.
